Choke and Kill Manifolds

T3 Choke and Kill Manifolds are designed to exact customer specifications for a variety of offshore and land drilling applications. Choke and Kill Manifolds can incorporate a variety of field-proven components including API gate valves drilling chokes, and both manual adjustable and positive chokes.

Underbalanced Manifolds

T3 Underbalanced Drilling Manifolds are designed to provide the primary finite control for underbalanced fluid return rates and wellhead pressure. The fluid stream typically includes various drilling fluids as well as injected N2, and produced water, oil and gas. Dual T3 "Big Bore" Drilling Chokes allow the operator remote control over opening and closing of choke orifice with 3" full flow capability. The choke manifold is a 5 valve, component design with a full bore flow path through manifold, allowing complete bypass of drilling chokes for ultra low-pressure operation. The HPT valve design is ideally suited for this type of operation and compliments the manifold, ensuring lasting drilling operations with reduced rig downtime.

 Flowback Manifolds

T3 Flowback Manifolds are designed for maximum safety during the extreme service conditions normally encountered in well cleanup operations. Typical flowback manifold designs incorporate the use of hydraulic and manual gate valves and drilling chokes specially designed by T3 for highly abrasive environments. 

 Well Testing Manifolds

T3 well testing manifolds are designed for all types of well test or clean-up operations. We offer a variety of custom configurations for land or offshore use where lightweight equipment with the smallest possible footprint is a necessity.
