Similar to the Thru Diverter System, T3 TDS-2 is intended to reduce Rig time safely, therefore lowering customer's drilling costs.
- Cementing operations can start immediately because the T3 TDS-s casing head is run through the diverter on the surface casing
- Operations can continue with removal of the diverter and installation of the BOP riser for drilling out of the production casing
Using the TDS-2 the diverter is overshot & riser lowered over the conductor and rubber seals between the test port, with an optional ball valve for drainage. The landing joint and TDS casing head running tool are together and move with the rig.
