Quality Assurance
All processes, employee certification programs, and inspection activities are managed through our Quality Management Systems (“QMS”). T3’s QMS is based on several different industrial standards and is coupled with performance models to ensure continual monitoring and improvement. Each T3 facility has a quality management team that is charged with assuring that day-to-day operations are conducted consistently and within the protocols outlined with the corporate QMS. Operational steps are continually monitored and evaluated against customer and industrial requirements. To ensure that all QMS elements are operating as designed and to provide an additional level of support at each facility, we have assigned a Quality Manager at each facility who monitors individual facility performance and helps manage critical operations.
T3 Energy is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. This will be done without our compromising our commitment to the environment, pollution prevention, or the health and safety of our greatest asset, our employees.

These words are the foundation of T3 Energy's Quality, Environmental, and Safety (QUEST) Policy. The T3 Energy Services is Quality Assurance Program referred to as the QUEST Program. The acronym QUEST stands for Quality, Environmental and Safety.

Since 2007 we have made signicant improvements in our EH&S performance, reducing our annual injury rate by over one-half. We achieved our best safety performance ever recorded – 2oo8 figures were up to .3 from 2.3 in 2007! We also reduced our lost work time and restricted duty incident rate by 70% between 2007 and 2008.
One of the key elements to our success was emphasizing individual responsibility for safety and health by all employees and at all levels of management. T3’s vision for a sustainable development was to hold managers and supervisors responsible for leading, implementing and maintaining safety at their work areas.
T3 also maintains an EH&S management system to ensure that performance goals are set and monitored, programs are implemented and audited, and progress is periodically reviewed and communicated with corporate management. This system functions to ensure that this policy is being followed.
