The surface testing equipment required to perform a well test differs considerably depending on the type of environment, the well conditions, and special client requirements. T3 manufactures a wide range of equipment for a variety of environments and applications - from the most benign testing conditions to the harshest conditions seen in today's market.

 

	Surface Test Trees Historically, surface test trees have been used primarily forpre-completion testing and well clean-ups. With the introduction of horizontal tree completions, the requirement for large bore surface test trees has been introduced. T3 can meet these requirements with designs from 3" and 20,000 psi up to 7-3/8" through-bore and 15,000 psi.
3-1/16" 10,000 psi Surface Safety Valve	Surface Safety Valves Surface safety valves are normally linked to Emergency Shut Down  (ESD) units, and for this reason EEC has designed its failsafe close SSV's to close in less than 2 seconds under full flowing conditions.
	Manifolds Choke manifolds are used principally to control flow-rates under various conditions and pressure ratings. T3 manufactures manifolds with specially designed valves and chokes so as to withstand the demand of the harshest conditions seen in the many flowing wells and extreme drilling conditions.
	Large Bore Valves T3 offers large bore gate valves with full flow capacity, in sizes ranging from 5 1/8" to 16”, and pressures from 5K to 20K. We also have custom sizes available, if needed.  EEC large bore valves can be utilized for fracing operations and well clean-up, as well as production applications.
