T3 manufactures a wide range of actuators for a variety of applications.
Torque Reduction Manual Operator (Patent Pending)
TRMO is a Torque Reduction Manual Operator which has been engineered to significantly reduce operating torque for large bore, high pressure gate valves. The unique operating mechanism vastly reduces the number of turns of the hand-wheel to open the valves at greatly reduced torque making the operation simple and safer.
Double-Acting Hydraulic (Patented)
The Model HPT™ Hydraulic Double-Acting Actuator is a pump open, pump close actuator with a hydraulic working pressure of 3,000 psi. Actuator designs are available to be mounted on gate valves ranging from sizes 2 1/16" through 11" and pressure ratings from 2,000 psi through 20,000 psi. Hydraulic pressures in excess of 3,000 psi are also available on request. The simple design allows easy access to the stem packing and other hydraulic seals without the loss of hydraulic oil.
Failsafe (Patent Pending)

The Model HPT™ Failsafe Actuator is available with a pressure-assist spring return hydraulic failsafe closed actuator with a hydraulic working pressure of 3,000 psi. This actuator is available on gate valves ranging from sizes 2 1/16" through 11" and pressure ratings from 2,000 psi through 20,000 psi. The design allows for the hydraulic seals to be changed easily and without the normal problems of removing the spring from the spring chamber.
Subsea (Patent Pending)
HPT™ Subsea Actuators are qualified to API 17D for 10,000 feet of water depth. These can be either failsafe-close or failsafe-open design. EEC's HPT Subsea actuator is unique in that it utilizes an integral hydrostatic pressure compensating design that avoids ANY sea-water ingress into the spring chamber and also removes the need for an external hydrostatic compensating unit. They are also available with options such as ROV override.
