T3 Underbalanced Drilling Manifolds are designed to provide primary finite control for underbalanced fluid return rates and wellhead pressure. The fluid stream typically includes various drilling fluids as well as injected N2, and produced water, oil and gas. Dual T3 "Big Bore" Drilling Chokes allow the operator remote control over opening and closing the choke orifice with 3" full flow capability. The choke manifold is a 5 valve, component design with a full bore flow path through manifold, allowing complete bypass of drilling chokes for ultra low-pressure operation. The HPT valve design is ideally suited for this type of operation and compliments the manifold, ensuring lasting drilling operations with reduced rig downtime.
Model HPT™ Gate Valve
The Model HPT™ Gate Valve utilizes a unique seat/seal assembly which prevents solids from entering the gate cavity. The result of this design is a valve that is ideally suited for the erosive, high flow rates of underbalanced drilling. This API 6AV1 slurry tested design has quickly become the premier valve for erosive applications.
Model HXE Hydraulic Choke
The Model HXE Hydraulic Choke utilizes a gate and seat design which has been refined over years of work with flowbacks and underbalanced drilling. The 3" maximum orifice design allows large cuttings to pass through the entire manifold, without stopping operations. The choke also incorporates a very lightweight actuator which is attached with a hammer nut, thus making trim changes extremely quick.
7-1/16" 5,000 psi ESD Valve
Emergency Shutdown Valve (ESD)
Large 5" or 7" full bore gate valves configured with failsafe operators provide for emergency shutdown of system. ESD valves are provided with lightweight compact ESD control panels with pilot override.
