T3 Wellhead & Production Systems manufacture, re-manufacture and supply WPS equipment ranging from Time Saving Wellhead Systems to wellhead completion trees. T3 WPS manufactures conventional systems that include:

Casing Heads

Tubing Heads
Adapters

T3 Energy Service's Time Saving Wellhead (TSW) group of products are simplified, and streamlined with many advantages to meet our client's specific needs.

We also offer API 6A, PR-2 gate valves in a slab gate design with superior sealing characteristics and low torque operation. T3 Energy Services Wellhead and Production Systems also have API 6A manufacturing and services capabilities designed to meet the rigorous demands of the Gulf of Mexico oilfield. All API trims are available depending on the application. Branch locations throughout the Texas/Louisiana Gulf Coast.

PVS T1EX Expanding Gate Valve

The T3 flagship valve is the PVS-T1EX parallel expanding gate valve. It protects sealing surfaces in the open and closed position and prevents debris buildup in the body cavity. The operating clearances allow easy and smooth operation without danger of gate sticking. A through-conduit and full opening design reduces turbulence and pressure drop and allows for the smooth passing of pipeline pigs. The valve provides complete double block and bleed capability and isolates the body cavity to allow seat verification.

Choke and Kill Manifolds T3 Choke and Kill Manifolds are designed to exact customer specifications for a variety of offshore and land drilling applications. Choke and Kill Manifolds can incorporate a variety of field-proven components including API gate valves drilling chokes, and both manual adjustable and positive chokes. Underbalanced Manifolds T3 Underbalanced Drilling Manifolds are designed to provide the primary finite control for underbalanced fluid return rates and wellhead pressure. Our Pressure Control, Wellhead & Production Systems, and Pipeline Valve businesses have been providing solutions to the leaders in the energy industry for over 30 years. How did we get here?

We began operations as T3 in the first half of 2000 by acquiring and merging with Cor-Val, Inc. and Preferred Industries, Inc. both out of Houma, LA. Over the next nine years, T3 made the following acquisitions including:

Manifold Valves (Jennings, LA)
Pipeline Valve (Houston, TX)
Custom Coating Applicators (Houston, TX)
