T3 DF Gate Valve
T3 DF Gate valves are hydraulically actuated balanced stem valves intended primarily for subsea drilling applications. With a balanced stem, there is no fluid displacement in the valve body during the opening or closing operation. This permits bi-directional sealing of the valve and allows any number of valves to be spaced closely in the same line without the possibility of "Hydraulic Locking" due to liquid within the valve or between the valves. This also assures good grease retention in the gate cavity. Operating Pressure for the T3DF Gate valve is 1500 to 3000 psi and working pressure is 10,000 and 15,000 psi while operating temperatures are from 0° to 250° F.
